Gilles holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering in Electro-Mechanics and has complemented his education with various trainings programs in leadership, operations & project management.

He started his career in 2000 as Operations Manager at Dorma Hüppe for 6 years. During this period Gilles did also successfully implement the start-up of a new production unit in Suzhou (China). As from 2006 he joined Lineas where he held different operational functions among which Project Manager, Performance Manager, Head of Regulation & Training and finally Operations Director. During this period he was also Board Member of a Joint Venture. In 2021 he decided to take up the next challenge in his career by joining the Dragonflies team.

Gilles can be described as an analytical, structured & pragmatic person who is able to connect easily with people, build bridges between teams within a company and gather everyone behind a common goal . He is driven by the achievement of tangible results that bring the company forward and create a positive vibe.
